How do you mentally reset after work?

After a long day of work, I’ve learned that simply shutting the door isn’t enough to clear my head. Sometimes, I need to take a stroll, enjoy a cold drink, or get my hands dirty in the garage. What’s your favorite way to reset after a busy day?

Sometimes, I just go to the garage and start fixing stuff I didn't even plan to. By the time I am done, I’ve forgotten what I was stressed about. Plus, it's usually pretty funny.

I figured out that walking around my place with a drink helps me relax. The work can wait. It actually stops me from thinking about numbers for, like, five minutes.

After a crazy week, I realized messing around with my old air compressor on some random project is way better for chilling out than my phone. Who knew?
