X540 Won’t start

My 2006 X540 battery died so I replaced it. But it still would not turn over. It just buzzed and clicked but would not turnover. That was a couple weeks ago. Now the gauges don’t even turn on when I turn the key. The battery is fine as I just tested it and all the fuses are good.

Is this connection’s ok? Looks dirty.

The video is from a couple weeks ago. Now nothing.

That buzz and click pattern usually points to a bad connection somewhere rather than the starter itself. Since the gauges went dead now that's telling you the power isn't getting where it needs to go. Post a photo of that connection you mentioned. Close up of the battery terminals and where they clamp on would help me see what you're dealing with.
