When you’re gearing up for a long winter shift, the comfort of your seat can make all the difference between a bearable experience and a downright miserable one. Some people swear by adding cushions, while others find that heated seats or layered blankets do the trick. What’s your go-to method for staying comfy during those chilly shifts, and how has it held up as the hours drag on?

I used to stack a thick blanket under me during my shifts. It didn't look great, but it stopped the cold from seeping through the seat on those chilly early mornings.

A couple of winters back, I decided to get a heated seat after too many uncomfortable overnight shifts. It made a huge difference no more sore back, no more shivering, and it stayed comfy even after hours on the job.
