After replacing a bad tire and storing my D140 in the garage, I tried using it again. The engine starts, but when I release the brake, it won't move forward or reverse. Linkage, pull pin, and drive pulley look fine, could the electrical component be the problem?

Try this. Lift the tractor and see if the wheel can spin freely when it should be spinning forward. If so, then you're probably missing the drive key that locks the wheel to the axle.
