Great news for John Deere fans! The 1M25 and 1R25 sub-compact tractors are set to replace the 1025R and 2025R, and they come with some awesome new features and upgrades. Who’s eager to see what these new machines can accomplish?

That sounds great! I'm looking forward to seeing how those new features perform. Upgraded sub-compacts definitely make things easier and add a bit more enjoyment to the job

This is exciting!
I'm really curious about how the 1M25 and 1R25 will compare to the older 1025R and 2025R.
Those enhancements could really improve the efficiency on smaller tasks.

I'm loving this! It's always exciting to see Deere revamping their sub-compact lineup.
I'm particularly eager to find out which features they've included, I'm hoping for some cool tech improvements
and better maneuverability in tight spaces.

They're the same tractors, just with different hoods and new model decals, and the 3rd function is standard on the 120R Loader. The AC Cab is just a Mauser Cab with an AC unit on it that sticks out way too far. You can get the Mauser AC Cab, factory installed or from your dealer.

Cool video. It gives a really close-up view of the new 1M25 and 1R25 tractors, showing off their layout. I especially like the updated HVAC cab, the digital fuel gauge, and how easy it is to access for maintenance. It definitely makes it simpler to compare them to the older 1025R and 2025R models.

Kioti does a better job with their subcompact with an AC cab that was introduced in 2025. The Kioti CS2530 HVAC Cab with Loader and Backhoe will still clear a 7-foot entrance, and it doesn't have that extension off the back of the cab. Like the 1M 25 (1025R) or 1R 25 (2025R) with HVAC cab, if I were in the market for a subcompact with a cab, I would go with the Kioti CS2530 because I could still put a backhoe on it, which You Can't with the Deere Cabs

Great points. The compatibility with clearance and backhoes is really important, and it seems like the Kioti setup could be a much more practical choice for everyday use.
