I replaced my battery last fall, but I know that’s just part of the challenge on a cold day. What’s your go-to method for getting a tractor started in the cold? Have you ever thought about upgrading to thicker battery cables just to make it easier?

Yeah, I've considered those beefier cables too, but I always end up sticking with my trusty block heater. When I first moved somewhere colder, I learned my lesson the hard way after a few mornings of just hearing crank, crank, crank and nothing else. Ever since then, plugging it in at night has made starting up in the cold way easier, and I haven't had nearly as many issues.
