Back on my old farm, I quickly figured out that untreated fuel was a problem. Adding a simple anti-gel to each fill-up kept the tractor from acting up on chilly mornings.

A few winters back, my diesel truck wouldn't start right away until a neighbor told me to switch to the winter blend sooner. Mixing that with a bit of conditioner made a world of difference.

When I used to plow in the early mornings, unexpected cold snaps would thicken my fuel like syrup. After that, I started adding anti-gel and using winterized diesel, and my engine ran much smoother all season.
